We’re into independents

Alongside our in-house design team, we work with makers, suppliers and independent designers, straight from the source. That means no middlemen. So you get a fairer price, and a great new piece. We choose them because they're the best at what they do, and they share our views on things. The result? Quality furniture that looks good (and is kind to your wallet, too).

Around the world

From family-run businesses in Europe, to our favourite furniture makers across Asia. We work closely with factories, collaborating with them to meet the highest possible standards. This means we can ensure that they're paid a fair wage and working fair hours, in a safe environment. Check, check and check.

Size matters

Producing stock in small batches allows us to be more experimental and tune into our customers' needs. We’ll only make an item after you’ve bought it. So there isn’t lots of extra stock sitting around our warehouse (we think it’s more responsible this way). Our designs are handcrafted by artisans with care, love and attention to detail.

Touching encouraged

Need a second look at that sideboard, or a feel of a fabric before you buy? You'll find MADE showrooms in carefully selected cities across Europe. For interior advice, fabric samples, or a peek at your favourite pieces, our showrooms are here to help. So come in, take a seat, and make yourself at home.

Responsible roads

Hybrid truck fleets deliver the goods in Paris. We’ll be extending this to other cities as soon as we can (London, that means you). It's part of our plan to become an even more responsible retailer. And you feel good knowing your home's being helpful. Here's your excuse to buy that thing.
