What They Offer

Flight experiences

Virgin Balloon Flights sells a variety of flight experiences across the UK: shared group flights, private hire for couples or small groups, sunrise and sunset departures, and celebratory champagne options. Locations cover regional airfields and scenic countryside launch sites — check available sites at booking. Flights are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety.

Vouchers & delivery

Purchases can be made as e-vouchers delivered by email or as physical gift packs sent to UK addresses. Vouchers typically include a validity period and booking instructions. Gift packs are presented attractively for special occasions, and the e-voucher option is useful for immediate gifting or last-minute presents.

Booking & flexibility

Bookings require selecting a location and flight type; many vouchers are redeemable on available scheduled dates and can be transferred to another recipient. Because flights rely on suitable weather, operators usually offer rebooking options for cancelled flights and customer service support to rearrange dates.
