Why AXS

🎟️Official ticketing partnerAXS is integrated with many AEG venues and promoters, offering primary inventory and official resale so you’re buying from venue-sanctioned sources whenever possible.

⚡Mobile-first deliveryDigital tickets, mobile transfers and AXS Mobile ID keep entry fast and contactless — handy for last-minute purchases and venue entry on the go.

🔁Verified resale & transfersAXS supports secure resale and transfer options with identity checks and QR-code verification to reduce fraud and simplify ticket exchange between fans.

How it works

Buying tickets

Search by artist, venue or date and use interactive seat maps to compare views and prices. AXS lists primary tickets when shows go on sale, plus official resale options. Checkout shows ticket types, delivery method and total fees before you commit — check the event page for presales, age limits and venue entry rules.

Mobile access

AXS emphasizes digital delivery: mobile tickets and AXS Mobile ID are accepted at participating venues. Transfer tickets to friends or add them to your phone wallet when supported. Remember some venues require the original purchaser’s ID or the AXS account used for purchase to match at entry.

Resale & support

When events sell out, AXS runs an official resale marketplace with price controls set by sellers and anti-fraud verification. You can request transfers, contact AXS customer service for delivery issues, and review event-specific refund policies — many tickets remain final sale unless the promoter cancels or reschedules.
