FAQ

Do you ship items nationwide?

RC Willey primarily serves U.S. customers. Shipping and delivery options depend on the item and your ZIP code — heavy furniture and appliances often require local delivery. Enter your address on product pages or contact customer service to confirm availability and shipping fees.

What is the returns policy?

Return windows and policies vary by category and brand. Smaller items purchased online may be returnable by mail, while furniture, mattresses and appliances typically follow separate return, trial and warranty terms. Check the specific product page for return details or call customer service for instructions.

Are there discounts or financing options?

RC Willey runs seasonal promotions and often offers in‑store financing or credit plans for qualifying purchases. Current deals and financing offers are shown on the website and at stores; review the terms carefully or speak with a sales representative to find options that match your purchase.
