What they offer

Offerings

ClassBento aggregates hands-on workshops taught by independent tutors. Expect small-group, materials-included sessions in ceramics, painting, baking, floristry, jewellery and photography. Offerings range from 90-minute taster classes to multi-week courses, plus some specialist one-off events (glass fusing, cocktail masterclasses). Many listings state skill level and what’s provided so you can pick a beginner-friendly or advanced option.

Booking & Vouchers

Booking is handled on the ClassBento site: choose a class, select a date and pay online. Gift vouchers are available as digital or physical options for flexible gifting. For private group bookings and corporate events you can contact tutors directly through the platform to arrange custom dates, group sizes and pricing. Always check each class listing for cancellation and rescheduling rules.

Who it's for

Common questions

Do you ship physical products?

ClassBento is a booking platform for experiences rather than a shop. You won’t receive physical products unless a tutor offers shipped goods; gift vouchers are usually delivered digitally and sometimes as physical cards where offered.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are set by the individual tutor or class listing. Many classes allow transfers or credits if you give notice, but some are non-refundable. Always read the class terms on the listing and contact the tutor or ClassBento support for questions.

Are there discounts or promotions?

Occasional seasonal promotions, voucher deals and tutor-led discounts appear on the site. You can also sign up for the newsletter to hear about offers and new classes; group bookings sometimes attract special pricing.
