We deliver to over 176 countries and offer 24/7 advice through our fashion-concierge team MyStylist, as well as at our London stores.

We are working to place responsible business practices at the heart of our company. We work with Eco-Age, who specialise in bespoke sustainability solutions and communications, to continually improve our performance across our business and throughout our supply chains.

At MATCHESFASHION, we are committed to lessening our environmental impact. We believe in being progressive and making real and positive changes that benefit the world.

We’ve joined The Fashion Pact, a collaborative pledge and call to action, which has the aim of addressing the climate crisis, biodiversity loss and ocean pollution. The Pact, launched by The Kering Group at the G7 Summit in August 2019, brings together fashion businesses from across the world to work towards shared environmental goals to ensure a future for the fashion industry, as well as future generations.

We believe that a collective approach is important, and we’re excited to work with fashion leaders to learn from each other and accelerate change towards environmental stewardship.
